Connect, Reflect and Grow
Reflectivus is a facilitated space where people who support others can step back from the pressures of their role, reflect on how their work is affecting them, and connect with peers in similar positions.
Open Reflectivus Sessions
Open Reflectivus sessions run online for individuals in similar positions from a range of organisations. In small 2‑hour groups of up to eight participants, a facilitator guides a structured, non‑clinical conversation that builds self‑awareness and supports more authentic, sustainable ways of showing up at work.
Support Workers
If you often feel under‑prepared, stretched, or unsure how to make sense of the work, this space is for you. Whether you are newer to the role or an experienced worker wanting to deepen or sustain your resilience, Reflectivus offers time to reflect with others who understand the pressures of support work.
Case Workers
Whether you came to case work through lived experience, on‑the‑job learning, or formal social work training, it can be hard to pause and think about how the work is affecting you. In this space, case workers focus together on how they are showing up in their roles and explore more sustainable ways of supporting their own wellbeing at work.
Allied Health
If your existing supervision focuses mainly on clinical decisions or how to do the work, Reflectivus offers a different lens. This stream is for registered (or equivalent) allied health professionals who want dedicated time to reflect on the personal impact of their work and its relationship to their wellbeing.
...and much more!
If you are drawn to Reflectivus but do not see a session that fits your role, you are welcome to get in touch. Complete our EOI and let us know about your work and the kinds of colleagues you would like to reflect alongside.

Dedicated Sessions
Delivered in person or online, Dedicated Reflectivus Sessions are for whole teams who want to think together about their work, relationships and workplace culture. These sessions can be tailored to your context, and we can also design workshops to complement your existing training. Where helpful, we collaborate with other providers or refer on, so you can access the mix of support that best fits your needs.
About us
With decades of experience supporting people in helping roles, Reflectivus was created to contribute to more integrated leadership, wellbeing and training. Rather than focusing only on how to do the work, we are interested in how the work is experienced and how it affects people in their everyday environments and relationships. The emphasis is on gentle, guided reflection rather than fixing people or systems, with sessions designed to give individuals more language, perspective and confidence to navigate the supports their organisations already invest in. Here, the focus is on extending those existing supports and making room for the strengths and insights workers already carry.
